Noel serves as the firm's intranet champion, having contributed to the original rollout of Knowledge Architects Synthesis and later leading the complete transition to Synthesis 6. He owned the planning, design, and implementation from start to finish, drawing on lessons from the initial rollout to prioritize a more intuitive structure and better overall organization.

Leading up to the Synthesis 6 transition, Noel produced a series of short promotional videos to build awareness and excitement among employees. Using Jurassic Park as a creative theme, the campaign generated interest and set the tone for the upcoming upgrade.
