During college, I worked part time at a local architecture and engineering firm. Among other things, my job consists of maintaining various vehicles and buildings, working in the field and, most importantly, managing a modern vintage race team and fleet of race motorcycles. I was privileged to work with one of the best Triumph mechanics in the US, Paul Runion. At the beginning of 2014 I had the opportunity to work along side Paul to build two Triumph Thruxton race motorcycles from a stock configuration. These two motorcycles have already been raced to the podium at tracks across the country by various riders in American Historic Racing Motorcycle Association (AHRMA) events.
